B. A.Roundtree·2+ weeks agoHi neighbors, I’m reaching out for some urgent advice regarding an issue with my condo association. recently purchased a condo in Troy. However, the association has recently sent us an extra charge of $2800, supposedly for fence replacement. As someone with experience in construction work, I know that this amount seems excessive for a fence replacement. Moreover, I believe that the responsibility for maintaining the fence should fall under the association’s budget, which we contribute to every month. The concerning part is that this charge was due back in February, and they’ve been adding late fees every month since then. I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from fellow neighbors who may have experienced similar situations or have knowledge about condo association regulations. This is NOT a call from DTE!! DO NOT follow in call prompts which I'm sure will just provide the scammers more opportunities to steal from you ($$, or information). If concerned about the call's warned interruption of service call DTE directly via 800-477-4747. They confirmed these spammers are spoofing their numbers and unfortunately there is not much they can do about that at their end, but you, the customer, has the power to not let the scammers win.60Like36

125Ho Wah Chinese RestaurantHo Wah Chinese Restaurant I would have to say that yes about a year ago, this was a wonderful restaurant... but lately, not only their food but also their service have tremendously gone done. The last time I placed a order, I ordered vegetable fried rice and only received rice, onions, and green peppers. I then called and was told that it was impossible. They refused to see pictures and said the cook said he put vegetables in it and he know it. Wow, some customer service. I guess this is what you get sometimes. Beware!!!! 376Ridley's Bakery CafeI’ve been eating at Ridley’s and hiring them for catering for a long time. Last weekend they provided a sandwich tray, fruit salad, and green salad for my Mom’s 90th surprise birthday party. I am so pleased to report that Ridley’s, once again, did a great job!
