Today I am sharing a 3 ingredient killer vegan burger sauce recipe which takes just 1 minute to whip up .It is spicy , creamy and full of zing that you wish to have in your burger sauce. Wait until you slather it on everything.
A sauce or a dressing plays an important role in your burger , sandwich or a wrap . It can make or break your dish.
If the sauce is not right it is such a turn off . So I have a recipe for you which is absolutely a no brainer. Best part it’s VEGAN and Gluten Free.
We love it on our burgers, sandwiches , rolls , wraps and goes well as a quick dip with fries of any kind.
This 3 ingredient killer vegan burger sauce is made up of vegan mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and sriracha (hot sauce). That’s about it. I always have these three stocked up in my pantry because they are so versatile.

I am allergic to almonds. Is there anything else I could use instead of almond milk?
Reply
Khushboo
Hi Diane, is this question about making mayo at home? Soy milk will do.

For the vegan mayo how do you think sunflower oil would work, instead of olive or canola?
Reply
Khushboo
Sunflower oil should work IJ Cooper.

Can I use regular milk instead of soy/almond milk? That’s all I have available right now. Thx.
Reply
Khushboo
If you are asking for the mayonnaise part then no , regular milk won’t work.

Could I sub Franks Red Hot sauce for the Siracha? I’m providing the gluten free vegan options at a women’s luncheon next week! I think it would go nice on the avocado boats.

Khushboo
Absolutely yes Tree. You may use hot sauce of your choice.

I made a few additions to the vegan mayo because I used olive oil and it overpowered the mayo. I added some Dijon mustard, lemon juice and sugar and it was delicious. Next time I think I will try making it with canola oil instead of olive oil.
Thanks for sharing this recipe! Super easy to make with simple ingredients I always have on hand.Reply
Khushboo
Glad you adjusted ingredients to your taste HB.

I’m not sure what I did wrong with the vegan mayo recipe you had here. Was I supposed to use acv instead of white? It seriously was so disgusting. No offense to you, I’m thinking it can’t be an accurate recipe. I poured it right from the blender down the drain.

Sorry to hear that April. What a bummer. I use distilled white vinegar. This is a standard recipe for vegan mayo though and works for me every time.

I know it is not a big deal but mustard sauce? You mean yellow mustard right? Never heard it called mustard sauce unless it was used to make a sauce.
Reply
Khushboo
Yes it’s yellow mustard.

You use “Mustard sauce” that’s a concept I have not heard before, could you explain what that involves please?
Reply
khushboo kothari
Hello Deborah , it’s the mustard that is put on hot dogs . Very popular condiment that you can find in any grocery stores. It is made from yellow mustard seeds.

Its easy if you have all the things in hand… Now its not possible to get vegan mayo everywhere.. And sriracha is again the same case…it would be of great help if u post vegan mayo recipe .

Smitha , sue thing I will update homemade mayo recipe but the shelf life isn’t more than 10 days. And use any preferred hot sauce instead of Sriracha as mentioned in the notes. If you aren’t vegan there are many options available at the grocery store.
