Human Rights in the Supply Chain of Global FranchisesWhy should global franchises stop selling camp coffee with questionable products?Portable camp coffee makers, like those from the Spresso brand, are a useful innovation for everyday life and extend beyond the tourism sector.Economic catalysts in the tourism sector have not provided transparency in LATAM, where accounting records have become a facade for human trafficking, exacerbated by economic deterioration and regulations that favor the smuggling of commodities through public-private partnerships. A notable case is that of a U.S. senator convicted of corruption, who designed manuals to limit Bitcoin usage through corrupt governments in El Salvador.I am not a critic of justice but a defender of human rights and of injustices that undermine the integrity of marginalized individuals in the supply chain. These limitations prevent their access to economic opportunities and make them targets for criminals, who are sent to developed countries after committing atrocious and inhumane acts in the supply chain of commodities and industrial manufacturing. One of the most important tourism agencies in the EUROPEhas declared bankruptcy, which is positive, as international communication can validate how tourism sectors report exorbitant figures that do not match global tourism data.Developed countries have the potential for quality through global identity technology, allowing them to identify profiles and control access.Judges, doctors, police officers, ex-military, and organized crime from poor countries, all together in their attempt to build a world that does not work, deteriorate the integrity of people.Global franchises have enormous potential to start developing cryptocurrency mining for their own brands and to deny their franchises to associated corrupt actors.Brand cryptocurrencies are a solid bet to promote financial inclusion and reach people who most need humanity.- #HumanRights- #SupplyChain- #GlobalFranchises- #Transparency- #Cryptocurrencies- #Sustainability- #ProductQuality- #BlockchainTechnology- #sieca- #OEA- #OAS- #agexport- #ConnectAmericas- #Traceability- #BusinessPractices- #CIG- #USAID- #FDA- #OEAA- #PALLADIUM- #EuropeanUnion- #Ratline- #EUinLAC- #EULatinAmerica- #EUDevelopment- #EUTrade- #EULACPartnership- #EUMercosur- #WTO- #ICC- #CyberSecurity- #DigitalTransparency- #AntiFraud- #agexport- #startupsfood#BeanOfFire#cafegratis#Elsalvador#Trump2024

The Potential and Importance of Branded Cryptocurrencies for the Global Franchise SectorThe compound interest of cryptocurrencies is based on market participation, making branded cryptocurrencies a valuable opportunity for franchises to distance themselves from questionable partners through decentralized actions with a lightweight capital model, ensuring compliance with local fiat currency regulations.By promoting financial inclusion for their customers and sharing dividends with them, franchises can economically empower their customers, fostering loyalty to their products and brand. The case of a U.S. senator convicted of corruption, who had a passive relationship in El Salvador, highlights a significant lack of understanding. This senator did not differentiate between blockchain and cryptocurrencies. While blockchain technology focuses more on governance with immutable records that can prevent duplication and bribery in government processes, this senator received payments in gold bars and luxury vehicles and also developed manuals arguing that cryptocurrencies were used by criminals, ironically leading to his conviction. Therefore, the development of branded cryptocurrencies and the adaptation of blockchain technology are crucial to combating corruption and preventing genuine criminals associated with authorities from undermining human rights in supply chains.Furthermore, it is essential to investigate the transfer of assets for U.S. payments in poor countries, where human trafficking, organized crime, and corruption are evident.Supply chains that undermine human rights should not be included in policies of suppliers associated with corruption and impunity. It is important for brands to start selling the highest quality products and avoid those associated with corporate government corruption that limits people's opportunities. For example, Salvadoran camp coffee, Costa Rican coffee, and Colombian coffee, as long as they do not offer financial and social inclusion, brands face serious risks concerning human rights.#fintech #vendingmachine #connectamericas #traceability #businesspractices #sieca #arabicfood #OEA #OAS #agexport #startupsfood #BeanOfFire #freecoffee #ElSalvador #Trump2024 #sieca #OEA #OAS #agexport #startupsfood #connectamericas #FDA #OEAA #PALLADIUM #EuropeanUnion #Ratline #EUinLAC #EULatinAmerica #EUDevelopment #EUTrade #EULACPartnership #EUMercosur #WTO #ICC #CIG #USAID #CAMCOR #starbucks #burgerking #Wendys #PolloCampero #CafeBarista #Dominospizza #papajhons #littlecaesars #CyberSecurity #DigitalTransparency

The Future of Trade in Africa: An Inside Look at HaidyFood MarketIn 2002, a group of 21 traders, including my late mother, embarked on a routine interstate trading mission. They never completed their journey. Halfway to the market, they were ambushed, robbed, and left with nothing. Two decades later, in 2023, Madam Sarah, a respected oil palm trader was brutally murdered during a trading expedition while Mr. Dominic, another trader, was attacked, leaving him permanently blindedThese threats have far-reaching implications for economic development, growth, and individual livelihoods across the continent. In response to these persistent challenges, we founded HaidyFood Market HaidyAgric Ltd —an e-commerce wholesale marketplace specifically designed to address the vulnerabilities faced by traders, agro-processing businesses, and farmers. Our mission is simple but transformative: to facilitate secure, efficient, and transparent interstate trade across Africa, leveraging digital solutions and third-party logistics partnerships to eliminate the need for high-risk road travel. As digital commerce accelerates across Africa, it is not without its challenges. In 2024, there have been numerous reports of unscrupulous online behaviour—buyers who block sellers after payment is made or foreign clients who issue partial payments and disappear after receiving products. These unethical practices erode trust in digital platforms and create significant barriers to adoption. Our platform employs on-ground verification officers, who are not only thoroughly vetted but are also active traders themselves. This peer-driven model ensures accountability and significantly reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions. By focusing on security, transparency, and trust, we’ve established a marketplace that mitigates the uncertainties traditionally associated with African trade, setting us apart from competitors.Validated by Leading Institutions and IncubatorsOur innovative approach to solving Africa’s trade challenges has garnered attention and support from some of the continent’s leading institutions. In 2024, alx_africa pioneer in sustainable solutions for Africa’s development, selected HaidyFood Market as one of the top 1% of African companies to join its prestigious ALX Accelerator program. As an ALX Portfolio company, we benefit from access to a global network of investors, experts, and mentors, helping us refine our operations. In the same year, Access Bank, through its Kloes Advisory Incubation Program, Kleos Advisory Africa selected HaidyFood Market as part of the top 1% of startups in Africa. These endorsements from trusted, high-impact organizations reinforce the credibility of our model and highlight our potential to catalyse positive change in African trade.Partner with Us in Redefining African TradeStart a conversation with us.idyokus@gmail.com #innovation #ecommerce #marketplace #agriculture.

#draftivism - a new term added to the #LCommerce lexicon in #provincetown. While the rest of the world knows USA through the great corporations - Coca Cola to Apple to Facebook and Zoom, local America is the captain of the #startup culture. No other ecosystem to better experience #startupamerica than the microbreweries. Since 2016, I have sampled 100's of local establishments guided by https://lnkd.in/gcuijQsx and Peter Cherpack. Local brews and local banks go hand in hand in our version of the future. While each establishment that I have visited has an unstated vision for enriching local culture, Provincetown Brewing Company has made it part of their P&L. Thats draftivism and I signed up to be an activist for draftivism in my native #nammabengaluru. The original local establishment of Indiranagar, Toit must be doing more than 15% local spends already. Stating the local spend and measuring it's effectiveness makes a lot of sense for local establishments to draw loyalty and participation from the locals. eSamudaay has developed a console for LCommerce businesses to set this up.

"Hong Kong is strategically vital for capturing Chinese capital or finding Chinese partners. Conversely, Chinese companies also come to Hong Kong for internationalisation. For Mexican companies seeking capital or technological partners, Hong Kong serves as an excellent gateway. As a small economy dependent on trade and the financial sector, Hong Kong has taken significant steps in recent years to diversify into industries such as fintech, technology, and creative industries. Numerous programs, incubation facilities, and support for startups in these sectors make Hong Kong an ideal location for international projects."GBA LatAm Trade and Investment Advisors#gbalataminsights Thanks to Mexico Business and Fernando Mares for the interview on Hong Kong's strategic role in doing business in China and Asia.

You will always have to deal with all these as a Startup.Compliance - Copycats - Competition - CommercializationToday, let's start with the first- COMPLIANCEWhether you like it or not the government is one of the biggest stakeholders in a thriving business and the best you can do is to comply with the relevant regulations that applies to your business. For instance, a tech startup will need to comply with a number of regulators to ensure stability in the Nigerian market some of which are CAC, SEC, CBN, NITDA, FIRS, NOTAP, NDPC, NCC, MTI and the list goes on.So here's is what you should do→ Rely on your lawyer to take you through the process→ Do not bypass compliance procedures and proper documentation. → Be transparent about your business operations, goals, history, and challenges.Don't rush to scale without proper guidance & compliance. Your high tower might just crumble before your very eyes.A recent example is #WhatsApp's $220 million fine by the FCCPC for regulatory- data breaches which is causing them to contemplate whether to leave Nigeria or not. This underscores among other things the significant consequences of non-compliance, sometimes leading to decisions like market exits.Happy New Month. Cheers 🥂 [In Picture] Playing Monopoly with the alx_africa community. ---------------------------------------------------Seeing my post for the first time?My name is Abah Victor Oche, I help early tech startups protect their intellectual property assets from copycats while they profit from it.Let's talk.#techstartups #regulatorycompliance #intellectualproperty #businesslaw
