@Tracfone Is there anyone is corporate that is able to assist? I've spent more than 10 times on the phone calls 45- min. - hour with still no resolution. Last night they said they'd call me back and never did @Tracfone customer service is even at a loss of words how to resolve the problem

TRACFONE USERS EXPERIENCING OUTAGES WITH NO ANSWERS. I may have found it. In my settings I had the 4G setting turned OFF for my health. Apparently my phone no longer worked because (I assume) VERIZON upgraded to 4G service. Why the secret? Do they know the risks of 4G/5G?

I've forgotten how to make a thread. My other Twitter account was in CA Lifeline Assurance wireless: it broke. The man, Ron or Rob, said send replacement: never got it. Bought awful TracFone: Nokia won't do cellular data: I bought it on January 10 2023 at Target Sunset.

I think I'm going to have to buy a new phone. According to the agent I spoke to, my phone (Galaxy 7) isn't supported on the network that Tracfone (previously PagePlus) is rolling out.Currently I can text out and receive calls, but can't place calls or receive texts. 🤪🤷

@Tracfone bought my Tacfone yesterday and it is STILL not able to be activated!! I spent hours speaking with your customer service people and NOTHING worked. I was told I would be given a call back and it never happened!!

@Verizon @tracfone @MyStraightTalk I have family who say the service has gone down hill since the merger. Let alone my mother-in-law can't call out. Given it is winter in New England this is unacceptable. Fix it and do better.

@Tracfone We have already spent hours on the phone with you all, texted, chatted, and everything else. What kind of upgrades stop service?! When will this be resolved in the DC metro area??

.@Tracfone is great as long as you do not need customer service. They removed hotspot from my both phones, without any notice and no one can fix it. Customer service is worse than congress
