The HRP&D Productivity and Insights Senior Analyst is a strategic professional within HR Partnership & Delivery (HRP&D), as part of the Process Design and Re-Engineering team. This Professional will conduct in depth analyses of HRP&D processes and deliver robust insights to prioritize change initiatives, and guide planning and implementation as we look to simplify processes while driving efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced analysis of the different HRP&D processes' impact and outcomes, and provide insights into efficiency and productivity
Identify relevant data from multiple sources and integrate insights into a cohesive and comprehensive analysis
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and standardize HRP&D processes from data analysis
Prioritizes change to address opportunities and areas of risk
Deliver insights to guide change management, with employee experience at the forefront
Generate a data driven culture, characterized by data accuracy and integrity
Enable productivity and efficiency in HR through insights and enhancements to HR tools and systems
Continuously monitor and quantify ROI and impact to inform and advance our team’s work
Support the development and implementation of consistent methods and metrics to measure the efficiency of HRP&D processes and solutions, and proactively execute improvements as needed
Develop measurement and tracking tools for the different HRP&D initiatives such as dashboards and detailed reports, facilitating data based decisions
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SNOW process flows as well as agent view, reporting and dashboards modules
Demonstrate extensive understanding of Workday Business Process and security role structures
Partners closely with team members and key stakeholders to define a project scope and objectives for team members.
Applies a proactive approach in routinely analyzing data to track change initiative progress against goals.
Constantly improving their own and their teams' skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion.
Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming.
Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed.
Proactively follows escalation and change control processes.
Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes and related data
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
High proactivity and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality and detail-oriented work products
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced MS Excel and VBA knowledge.
Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
In depth knowledge of ServiceNow – both as an agent and developer preferred
In depth knowledge of Workday business process, transaction, and reporting structure
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
